RETURNS
The Pros Brand, LLC can only accept returns from purchases made on theprosbrand.com. If a product was purchased at another retailer, it must be returned where it was purchased.
No returns are accepted on sale items or items bought using a discount code. All sales are final.
Please email info@theprosbrand.com to request a return. If all policies are met,The Pros Brand, LLC will generate a return form and return label. Please then place this RA form inside the return box and ship your return in its original packaging, with the return shipping label on the outside carton, via your nearest UPS store. Lost shipments are not the responsibility of The Pros Brand, LLC. Return fees are non-refundable. Please keep tracking number on hand to ensure that we receive your package.
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received.
Item(s) must have all tags, including original packaging materials.
You can return any unworn, unused item(s), purchased from theprosbrand.com within 30 days from the order date. The order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from us.
We cannot accept returns made after 30 days.
We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and shoes returned under these conditions will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.
If you are going to try on your shoes for fit and comfort, please wear on a clean soft surface like carpet.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item and place a new order. However, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.

International Returns
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns for international orders.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item and place a new order. However, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
Refunds & Processing
Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 10 business days after the item is received at our warehouse. Credit will be posted 1-5 days after the date of processing. You will be notified via email. All shipping charges will not be included in the refund. Any insurance charge will not be included in the refund.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may result in suspension of your account and/or rejection of future orders from you.
